Shortbread Cookies
Our shortbread cookies taste as good as they look. Kathy Petronella has combined her Italian grandmother's pizzelle recipe and her Irish grandmother's shortbread recipe to create an unbelievably delicious cookie.

We also bake delicious, homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies, Oatmeal Cookies and Brownies.
In addition, we make our gelato and sorbet in house. Our flavors change frequently, keeping up with the seasons. Some of our past flavors include basil, chocolate-hazelnut, meyer lemon, olive oil, apple-ginger, raspberry, and pistachio.
Our cakes include an 1886 chocolate cake covered in a fudge-pecan icing and a super moist carrot cake covered in cream cheese icing and walnuts.
Our bread pudding is actually made from our panini bread and raisins, drizzled in a sweet Amaretto syrup.
If you're looking for an after-meal coffee and dessert, go for our Affogato. Affogato means "drowned" in Italian. We drown our gelato with a cold-brew shot of espresso. The cold-brew prevents the ice cream from melting.
Mini key lime and pecan tarts are available, along with raspberry linzer cookies and cannoli.
All of our cookies are baked and decorated with all natural ingredients.
